Can anyone register for a customer account?
Yes, anyone connected to a company can register for a customer account with a valid email address. We only sell to companies and not to private individuals. Register for a customer account here
How do I become a VIP-customer?
As a recurring customer, we recommend you to become a VIP customer. Apply for a VIP-customer account via the form on the Contact page to get valuable features like instant quotes, quick order and bulk orders.

How do I find a specific part?
The easiest way to find your part is to use the part number. Use the full or partial part number in the search box at the top of the page.
I still can't find the part I'm looking for?
We stock over 200 000 products, but not all of them are searchable online. Please contact our customer service for your specific inquiries.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Italy, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Philippines and the United Kingdoms with more on the way!
When will I receive my order?
We typically ship your order within 1-2 working days after ordering. Delivery time is approximately 7 days, depending on your location, the delivery time will vary.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes we charge for shipping. The cost of the shipment will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
As a registered customer account, you will recieve a link via email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order.

Can I return or exchange my products?

When will I get my refund from a returned product?
Once we received and approved your return, we will pay you pay the amount due (minus restocking fee). Read more about our return policy in our terms & conditions
Do I need to pay for returning my products?
The cost of the shipment of your returned products are covered by the customer. A restocking fee of 50% will also be charged by the customer. Read more about our return policy in our terms & conditions
